Consulting firm in Financial Valuation and Modelling and Corporate Finance led by two experts from major firms and investment banks. The firm, which operates in France, London, Geneva and Benelux, currently has 25 employees and has carried out approximately 500 assignments in 7 years.

 

As part of our firm's strong development, we are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willing to contribute to its development. 

 

We are involved in operations :

 

• Independent Expertise, Financial Modeling, Group Reorganization and Valuation of Intangible Assets (Patents, Brands) and Optional Products ;

• Corporate finance Assistance in finding financing (including financial due diligence) ;

• Implementation of Financial Reporting.

 

MISSIONS

 

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Transaction Services financial analyst, whose main missions will be :

 

• Due diligence

• Preliminary diagnosis of targets

• Optimization of disposal processes

• Assistance in the context of data rooms

• Assistance in takeover bids and takeover bids

• Contractual definitions and price adjustment mechanisms

• Modeling the accounting effects of the transaction for the acquirer

• Financial Evaluation

 

Required profile :

 

As a Transaction Services Financial Analyst, you will be fully integrated into a structured and experienced team and participate in:

 

• Financial due diligence missions for the purchase or sale on behalf of corporate clients or investment funds in France small-mid cap;

• You are a graduate of a business school, an engineering school or a university equivalent in finance ; 

• You have previous successful experience (internship, work-study) in an audit firm, in a company on acquisition, merger or disposal projects or in private equity ; 

• You are dynamic, enterprising, with a strong taste for analysis and a good spirit of synthesis ; 

• You like teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills ; 

• You speak fluent English ;

Prerequisites

                        

• Advanced use Powerpoint and Word, Excel and VBA    

• Advanced use of optional models (B&S, Monte Carlo)

• Mastery of databases and financial information (Thomson one, Xerfi, Damodaran, Diane/Orbis and Factiva) ;

• Good writing skills (structured French). Fluency in English in writing is a plus.
