Consulting firm in Financial Valuation and Modelling and Corporate Finance led by two experts from major firms and investment banks. The firm, which operates in France, London, Geneva and Benelux, currently has 25 employees and has carried out around 400 assignments in 7 years.

 

We are involved in the following operations:

​

• Valuation of companies and intangible assets (patents, brands, customer relationships, etc.) and optional products (ADP, BSA, etc.);

• Modeling and Financial Engineering;

• Transaction Services / financial due diligence ;

• Implementation of Financial Reporting.

 

Within the development of the Transaction Services department, you are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence missions.

You join the firm's dynamic team, which includes various assignments: Transaction Services, Evaluation, Financial Management Support and, more specifically, the Transaction Services department, which assists its clients in the context of business acquisition or sale transactions in France and abroad.

As part of a human-sized team, you will carry out specific assignments as part of equity operations with a diverse clientele (financial investors and industrial or commercial groups) small-mid cap.

 

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Junior or Senior Manager/Director of Transaction Services, whose main missions will be:

• Due diligence

• Preliminary diagnosis of targets

• Optimization of disposal processes

• Assistance in the context of data rooms

• Assistance in OPA et d'OPE

• Contractual definitions and price adjustment mechanisms

• Modeling the accounting effects of the transaction for the acquirer

 

Required profile :

-

-You are a graduate of a business school, engineering school or university equivalent in finance

-You have 2 years' (Junior) or 5 years' (Senior) prior successful experience in an audit firm, in a company on acquisition, merger or disposal projects or in private equity

-You are dynamic, enterprising, with a strong taste for analysis and a good spirit of synthesis

-You like teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills

-You speak fluent English
