Mission 

A consultant in Financial Valuation and Modeling has to realize different kinds of mandates such as Valuation (tangible and intangible assets), Engineering, Financial Modeling, and Transaction Services. 

 

Different types of responsabilities : 

 

Contribution to develop the commercial relationships with clients and prospects (SME / mid-cap companies / groups / family holdings, investment funds)

Perform preliminary works to reach prospects and clients, collect information and write proposals 

Analyze and create different financial models – DCF models, peers models any financial instruments including derivatives with caracteristics similar to an option 

Perform research on market datas and competitive analysis 

Realize regular communications with managers and partners

 

Profile

Graduated from a top business or engineer school with a great expertise to create financial models, and solid foundations in Financial Engineering and in Financial and Strategic Analysis. A minimum of three years experience in corporate finance is required but also a strong taste for mathematics and / or finance.

An ability to see the great picture and to summarize

A strong taste to work as a team and great communication skills 

Motivated to develop an entrepreunarial project

Knowledge in accounting , cash flow and finance 

Knowledge of the financial methods

Perfect skills in financial modeling 

Perfect skills in Microsoft office software applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and VBA) 

Knowledge of financial databases (Thomson one, Xerfi, Damodaran, Diane/Orbis, Factiva, Infinancials) 

Discretion and diligence in performing operations 

Ability to develop a great relationship with prospects and clients 

Strict respect of the professional ethics

 

Salary

Yes + ½ Navigo + Lunch participation
